Guided Imagery

What is guided imagery? It is basically what we wish to see in our mind when we are prompted by a narrator or your own thoughts-

For example, imagine your best holiday or experience, close your eyes, relax and re-live it.                                                      

You could also imagine that you are on a beach, Island, Field, etc.

Put on your favourite relaxing music, get comfortable, close your eyes and let your mind take you away!

Don’t forget to imagine or remember the view, smells, aromas and tastes.

You may have to try this technique several times, but do persevere as it works for many people and the more you try it, the better it gets!
